Vila Jota is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom villa with a west facing aspect – perfect for our Sagres sunsets! The villa is located in a fantastic location, just one minute walk to Martinhal Beach. As a “home away from home” the villa is fully equipped and luxuriously furnished. The accommodation sleeps 6-8, and comprises 3 large bedrooms (master bedroom suite, and 2 further twin bedrooms – both with ensuite shower rooms). All bedrooms have direct access to a private west facing terrace.
There is a large open plan living space with huge windows and fireplace, kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher and microwave and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside the private garden faces west with a swimming pool that has a safety fence for children.

With this renovation the original building has been maintained and modern equipment has been added. The house consists of a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds and one double bedded bedroom. Sitting on the porch you have a magnificent view of the landscape. The terrace near the porch is secluded, the perfect place for (small) children to play. The private pool has its own terrace. From this area you also have a beautiful view.

The villa is suitable for 8 persons and is situated in quiet surroundings near Santa Catarina. From the large terrace in front of the villa you can enjoy the view. When entering the villa you have directly access to the lounge with television and DVD player. You have access to the kitchen from the hallway and from the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.
The ground floor comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a bathroom ensuite.
The pool with terrace is for private use.
The villa is situated near Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo. Next to the house is a Portuguese restaurant where local meals are served. You will reach the beach in 20 minutes (by car) and the golf course in 30 minutes by car.

The villa is built around an old carob tree which now shades part of the terrace. The villa benefits from a private plot of approximately one acre. Approached along a quiet country lane, double gates open onto a gravel driveway leading to a single car port and a parking area for several cars. The spacious villa has a living/dining room with television and wood burning stove. A door from the dining area opens to a large well equipped kitchen. The equipment includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and a hob. There are 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned.
