Lagos is probably the best-loved town on the Algarve, and is only a short car ride away, or there is a bus which goes right past the gate. 10 minute’s drive to three golf courses. 10 minute’s drive to many clean un-crowded beaches. 2 minute’s drive to shops, bars & restaurants. 10×4 meter pool with spacious terrace. This detached house, suitable for 6 persons and dating from the 18th century, is completely renovated. With this renovation the original building has been maintained and modern equipment has been added. The house consists of a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds and one double bedded bedroom. Sitting on the porch you have a magnificent view of the landscape. The terrace near the porch is secluded, the perfect place for (small) children to play. The private pool has its own terrace. From this area you also have a beautiful view.

The villa is suitable for 8 persons and is situated in quiet surroundings near Santa Catarina. From the large terrace in front of the villa you can enjoy the view. When entering the villa you have directly access to the lounge with television and DVD player. You have access to the kitchen from the hallway and from the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.
The ground floor comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a bathroom ensuite.
The pool with terrace is for private use.
The villa is situated near Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo. Next to the house is a Portuguese restaurant where local meals are served. You will reach the beach in 20 minutes (by car) and the golf course in 30 minutes by car.
