Vila Vicentina is a brand new villa built to the highest specification by the owners as their private holiday home. You will see from the photographs that no expense has been spared and the villa is presented in fantastic condition throughout. Much much more than you would expect from a typical holiday home. The location of this villa really is beautiful, being just a few minutes from the beach and benefiting from fabulous views over the ocean and a few minutes drive to the unspoilt fishing village of Sagres. This area of the Western Algarve is designated Natural Park and is therefore very low density with around 22 beaches within a 15 minute drive attracting surfers and windsurfers from all over the world. As there are so many beautiful beaches to choose from, none of them ever seem to get that crowded, even in the height of Summer.
The villa is arranged over two floors, with the main living area upstairs affording direct views over Martinhal Beach and the ocean. There are four large bedrooms and a huge open first floor living area/kitchen opening onto a fantastic terrace with amazing ocean views. There is a large private swimming pool in the rear garden adjacent to a spacious, covered al-fresco dining area and BBQ.

One of the best villas located at Quinta do Martinhal. The villa is fitted out to a top specification, has fantastic views over the ocean and Martinhal Beach. The villa has a private pool (heating optional) with a large covered dining area with BBQ next to the pool. There are five large bedrooms (2 suites and 3 twins), a huge first floor living area with open fireplace and private terrace overlooking the sea, fully equipped kitchen opening onto an additional BBQ area, open fireplace. The villa is approached via electronic gates with grounds of around 1 acre with beautiful olive trees, lavender and lots of privacy. There is a gated pathway which will take you directly to the beach (about 1 minute walk!).

The villa is suitable for 8 persons and is situated in quiet surroundings near Santa Catarina. From the large terrace in front of the villa you can enjoy the view. When entering the villa you have directly access to the lounge with television and DVD player. You have access to the kitchen from the hallway and from the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.
The ground floor comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a bathroom ensuite.
The pool with terrace is for private use.
The villa is situated near Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo. Next to the house is a Portuguese restaurant where local meals are served. You will reach the beach in 20 minutes (by car) and the golf course in 30 minutes by car.

The villa is built around an old carob tree which now shades part of the terrace. The villa benefits from a private plot of approximately one acre. Approached along a quiet country lane, double gates open onto a gravel driveway leading to a single car port and a parking area for several cars. The spacious villa has a living/dining room with television and wood burning stove. A door from the dining area opens to a large well equipped kitchen. The equipment includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and a hob. There are 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned. Two bedrooms are double bedded and two bedrooms have single beds. Two bedrooms are situated at the ground floor. The upstairs master bedroom is approached through a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be ideal for children. There are 3 bathrooms with bath and/or shower. There are several sunny terraces around the villa and the pool. A large secluded sun terrace on the first floor benefits from wide views and steps lead down to the pool, terrace and barbeque.

Lovely, spacious villa with a private swimming pool. The villa comprises two floors. The entrance hall leads into the lounge/dining room. The lounge, with an open fire place and TV, opens onto the partly covered terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and opens onto the terrace at the back of the villa. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom and opens onto the back terrace. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a nice private terrace, commanding lovely views of the garden and surroundings.
The villa is situated in Vale do Garrão, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
