Vila Vicentina is a brand new villa built to the highest specification by the owners as their private holiday home. You will see from the photographs that no expense has been spared and the villa is presented in fantastic condition throughout. Much much more than you would expect from a typical holiday home. The location of this villa really is beautiful, being just a few minutes from the beach and benefiting from fabulous views over the ocean and a few minutes drive to the unspoilt fishing village of Sagres. This area of the Western Algarve is designated Natural Park and is therefore very low density with around 22 beaches within a 15 minute drive attracting surfers and windsurfers from all over the world. As there are so many beautiful beaches to choose from, none of them ever seem to get that crowded, even in the height of Summer.
The villa is arranged over two floors, with the main living area upstairs affording direct views over Martinhal Beach and the ocean. There are four large bedrooms and a huge open first floor living area/kitchen opening onto a fantastic terrace with amazing ocean views. There is a large private swimming pool in the rear garden adjacent to a spacious, covered al-fresco dining area and BBQ.

One of the best villas located at Quinta do Martinhal. The villa is fitted out to a top specification, has fantastic views over the ocean and Martinhal Beach. The villa has a private pool (heating optional) with a large covered dining area with BBQ next to the pool. There are five large bedrooms (2 suites and 3 twins), a huge first floor living area with open fireplace and private terrace overlooking the sea, fully equipped kitchen opening onto an additional BBQ area, open fireplace. All bedrooms have direct access to a private west facing terrace.
There is a large open plan living space with huge windows and fireplace, kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher and microwave and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside the private garden faces west with a swimming pool that has a safety fence for children.
